Our (new) online community…

While online support has not been Peach Tree’s preferred option to-date (we’ve always valued traditional face-to-face options), we know how important keeping everyone connected is during these difficult times.  To read Peach Tree’s full statement re: the Corona Virus, location closures, and/or additional resources, please click on the links below:

In the meantime, please feel free to explore our new online and telephone support offerings below.  While we know such services will never replace face-to-face connection, in times such as these they will play an extremely important role in making sure our “social distancing” efforts also provide an avenue for perinatal wellbeing support and positive conversations!

Mindfulness 4 Mums

Sometimes we need to be reminded to “just breathe”. This is a free 30-minute Zoom session to help mums find “space” in this otherwise crazy world!  Each sessions takes the time to bring ourselves into the present moment, to feel more grounded and aware of thoughts, feelings, and potential triggers. We hope you find this immensely beneficial for keeping a positive purpose and state of mind!
