    In addition, please feel free to explore the below online and telephone support options we have developed to ensure everyone who needs support is able to receive it – comfortably and compassionately.  While we know such services will never replace face-to-face connection, in times such as these they play an extremely important role in making sure our “physical distancing” efforts also provide an avenue for perinatal wellbeing support and positive conversations!

    4. Click on:  Zoom exe. file (bottom left-hand corner), follow instructions.

    Microphone & Audio

    It is important all Mums please access ZOOM via laptop or desktop computer if possible.  The quality of connection is much better than by mobile phone.  Ensure audio and microphone options are connected, then turn microphone to MUTE, this prevents background noise form interfering while others are speaking.

    Given our need for ongoing connection with our families, we wanted to maintain an opportunity for mums to come together and “check-in” with one another.  More than ever, we need to take care of ourselves and our emotional wellbeing!  So please join us for a daily Zoom chat and coffee – let’s keep our village strong!
