Our values and guiding principles are everything to us at Peach Tree.  All roads lead back to our values!

Together with our lived experience staff and Board of Management, we have clearly identified and hold strong to our values and guiding principles.  

Our values provide the foundation for our beliefs and behaviour.  Our guiding principles provide a framework for decision making that is aligned with our values.  Together, they capture how we act, work, make decisions, set priorities and conduct ourselves. 

Our values are HOPE, EXPERIENCES, AUTHENTICITY, RESPONSIBILITY, MUTUALITY, EMPOWERMENT. 

Our guiding principles are SAFETY, TRUSTWORTHINESS, CHOICE, COLLABORATION and TRANSFORMATION.
