Yoga & Mindfulness
Yoga has proven benefits to our overall health and wellbeing, not to mention it’s a wonderful reason to enjoy a morning out each week! Our yoga session combines gentle, flowing sequences that move into deeper holding poses, allowing us to connect deeply with our breath. Bringing attention to our bodies and our breath is a great way to bring yourself to the present moment, gain awareness, and embrace the art of mindfulness.
Our Yoga and Mindfulness sessions are run by qualified instructors, with sessions suitable for both pregnant and postpartum women.
Please note: We welcome all parents who have children aged between 0 – 5 years. While we do have a volunteer to play with children, each session runs alongside the noise and distraction of the little ones.
Yoga is a gold coin donation session.
